Lion Global Investors Limited has announced that the Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF will start engaging in securities lending and repurchase transactions to enhance portfolio efficiency from 23 August 2024. This is accompanied by amendments to the trust deed, clarifying the scope of these transactions, with no required action from unitholders. An updated prospectus reflecting these changes will be made available on their website.
