Lion Global Investors Limited has announced plans for the Lion-OCBC Securities Hang Seng TECH ETF to engage in securities lending and repurchase transactions starting 13 November 2024, aimed at efficient portfolio management without altering the fund’s investment goals. Additionally, amendments to the fund’s Trust Deed will be made to define the parameters of these transactions. Investors need not take any action, and the updated prospectus will be available on the manager’s website.
