Lion Energy Limited has secured a four-year extension for its East Seram PSC in Indonesia, allowing more time to explore key prospects, including the Kobi, Waru, and Tanah Baru, after downsizing the project area to 1,300 km² from 4,557 km². The extension, which lasts until July 2028, is a strategic move that bolsters the company’s position to attract potential partners for its farm-out program, with updates on the process expected in the second half of 2024.
