Lion Electric Company (LEV) has released an update.
The Lion Electric Company successfully conducted its annual shareholders meeting virtually, with over 55% of its shares represented. Shareholders voted in favor of all company proposals, including the re-election of all ten board members and the appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP as independent auditors. Additionally, the renewal of the Company’s Omnibus Plan was approved.
