Link Administration Director Sells All Shares

Link Administration Holdings Ltd. (AU:LNK) has released an update.

Link Administration Holdings Ltd. has announced a significant update regarding their director Anne McDonald’s interests, revealing that she has disposed of her entire indirect holding of 33,339 fully paid ordinary shares at $2.10 each. The disposal coincided with the acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation through a Scheme of Arrangement. Following the sale, McDonald no longer holds any shares in the company.
