Lingbao Gold Group Company Ltd. has announced a proposal for the adoption of a Share Award Scheme aimed at incentivizing, retaining, and attracting personnel for the company’s growth. The scheme, valid for ten years, will be effective following shareholder approval and Stock Exchange listing committee consent. It will be sourced from new H Shares issued to a Trustee, forming a Shares Pool for distribution to eligible participants upon meeting the vesting conditions.
