Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. has announced the successful first tranche closure of its non-brokered private placement, securing $206,000 to fund updates to the Bell Mountain Project’s Preliminary Economic Assessment and other capital needs. The company has also extended the deadline for the remainder of the placement and is partnering with Welsh Hagen Associates to fulfill the TSX Venture Exchange’s conditions for the project’s acquisition. The funds will primarily aid in re-evaluating the economic potential of the Bell Mountain gold project in Nevada.
