Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement from $750,000 to $862,500, due to strong investor interest, offering up to 3.45 million units at $0.25 each. The funds raised will support general costs and the preparation of a technical report for the Bell Mountain gold project in Nevada, with a portion allocated towards the project’s acquisition. If the acquisition doesn’t proceed, the funds may be redirected for other corporate uses.
