Lincoln Educational Services Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors from eight to ten members to include Anna Escobedo Cabral and Marta Ronquillo Newhart as independent directors. Both appointees bring a wealth of experience, with Cabral having served as the US Treasurer and in various leadership roles, and Newhart having a strong background in corporate marketing and communications. They will serve on the Board until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, with Cabral joining the Audit Committee and Newhart the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
