The Limestone Boat Company, a boat building firm traded on the TSX Venture Exchange, has announced the resignation of three board directors, Bryan Pearson, Dave Grandin, and Alan Gaines, who have been thanked for their contributions. The Board will continue with three remaining directors, including an independent member, Charles Pennock. Despite these changes, the company is focused on resuming its production operations in New Brunswick later in the year, pending necessary financing.
