Lilium (LILM) has released an update.
At the extraordinary general meeting of Lilium N.V., approximately 62% of the company’s share capital was present or represented, and all agenda items were passed by the required majority without any shareholder questions or comments. The meeting was convened in accordance with Dutch law and the company’s articles of association, and it was subsequently closed by Roger Franks, the Chief Legal Officer.
