Lilium Faces Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Challenge

Lilium (LILM) has released an update.

Lilium N.V., an electric aircraft manufacturer, has been notified by Nasdaq that it is not meeting the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing. The company’s stock must reach a minimum bid of $1.00 for at least 10 consecutive business days by January 7, 2025, to regain compliance. Lilium is considering measures such as a reverse stock split to address the issue while its business operations remain unaffected.
