Lilium N.V. has entered regular insolvency proceedings in Germany, with the court initiating the process on December 30, 2024. The company has terminated all employment contracts and will not distribute dividends to Class A ordinary shareholders. Significant leadership changes include the resignations of Margaret M. Smyth and Gabrielle Toledano from the Board. Additionally, Lilium’s subsidiaries have signed an agreement to sell their operational assets to MUC Mobile Uplift Corporation GmbH, with the transfer of assets expected to complete by January 20, 2025. This asset sale is part of the insolvency proceedings, and Lilium will not receive any proceeds from it.
