Likewise Group plc, a UK floor coverings distributor, has repurchased 29,451 of its ordinary shares at a price of 19.18 pence each as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The company’s total issued share capital remains the same post-transaction, with 245,293,674 total voting rights. Additionally, an administrative error was corrected, revealing that a total of 8,237,413 options have been granted to employees under the SAYE scheme, rather than the previously reported 8,162,615.
