The funds will mainly go towards reducing the company’s senior debt to $66.4 million, with an anticipated quarterly repayment of $1.8 million throughout 2024. This strategic move, supported by LifeSpeak’s management and board, aims to strengthen the company’s financial position while continuing its growth trajectory.
