Lifecare ASA Successfully Completes Rights Issue

Lifecare AS (DE:LFC) has released an update.

Lifecare ASA has completed a rights issue resulting in a share capital increase with 59,038,955 new shares now registered, bringing the total share capital to NOK 77,561,878.80. Subscribers received one warrant for every two shares bought, with underwriters Munkekullen 5 Förvaltning AB and Buntel AB receiving 25 million additional warrants as underwriting compensation. These warrants have also been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
