Lifecare ASA Completes Rights Issue and Lists Warrants

Lifecare AS (DE:LFC) has released an update.

Lifecare ASA has successfully completed a rights issue, raising NOK 90 million and allocating a total of 54,519,478 warrants to subscribers and underwriters, which can be exercised between June 2 and June 13, 2025, potentially raising an additional NOK 108 million. The warrants will be listed on Euronext Growth Oslo and are tradable under the ticker ‘LIFES’. If not exercised or sold by the specified deadline, the warrants will lapse without value.
