The transactions were conducted through Stynge Pty Ltd ATF Sandy Bay Trust, with Synge disclaiming beneficial ownership except for his pecuniary interest. The sales, made across multiple dates, reflect the conversion of CDIs to common shares and their subsequent sale at prices averaging around $37 USD after conversion.
