Life360, Inc. director James Synge has experienced a change in his holdings with the company, where a ‘transmutation event’ resulted in a conversion of 720,522 Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs) into 240,174 shares, leaving his total interest in the company unaffected. Additionally, Synge was granted 5,996 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) as a non-cash payment for Board and Committee fees, valued at $176,000. After these changes, Synge’s total holdings include 720,519 CDIs, 268,773 shares of common stock, 64,379 shares via ICCA Labs, LLC, 211,720 CDIs through Stynge Pty Ltd ATF Sandy Bay Trust, 8,373 RSUs, and 33,972 options.
