Director John Philip Coghlan has reported a change in his interest in the company’s securities, acquiring 2,917 shares following the vesting of the same number of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) which were initially granted as part of his board and committee fees. Post-transaction, Coghlan holds 114,721 shares, 265,004 options, and 6,967 RSUs. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
