Life Science REIT Plc has strengthened its team with two new appointments at Ironstone Asset Management, aiming to enhance its lease activities and asset management initiatives within the UK life sciences sector. The new hires, Alex Wilshaw and Alex Lowdell, bring expertise in asset management and life sciences leasing, respectively, as the company progresses developments such as the Oxford Technology Park and the repurposing of lab space at Cambourne. These strategic team expansions are set to propel the company’s growth in meeting the high demand for laboratory space in the UK’s prominent life sciences hubs.
