Life & Banc Split Corp. has announced an overnight offering of Class A and Preferred Shares, aiming to close by June 26, 2024, with the shares priced at $7.55 and $10.15 respectively. The offering, led by RBC Capital Markets, seeks to provide investors with regular cash distributions and growth opportunities. Over the past decade, the Class A and Preferred Shares have outperformed their respective S&P/TSX indices.
