Lichen China Limited has announced the offering of 10,380,000 series A ordinary shares, with legal advice confirming the company’s good standing and proper corporate actions regarding share issuance. The shares have been duly authorized and will be validly issued, fully paid, and non-assessable upon the completion of certain conditions, including full payment of the subscription price. This move is in accordance with Cayman Islands law and has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
