Lichen China Ltd. Class A is set to sell 10,380,000 of its Class A ordinary shares at $0.7 each to undisclosed buyers, aiming to raise approximately $7.26 million. The agreement, effective from May 2, 2024, is part of a larger transaction under a registration statement with the SEC. The sale is contingent on certain conditions being met, with the closing scheduled within two business days of these conditions’ satisfaction.
