Liberty Global has disclosed information that, while provided in accordance with Form 8-K, is not to be deemed officially “filed” under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Furthermore, this information will not be included in future filings with the SEC unless Liberty Global explicitly declares it to be “filed” or incorporated by reference.
