Li Ning Company Announces Board Reshuffle

Li Ning Company (HK:2331) has released an update.

Li Ning Company Limited has announced a reshuffle in its Remuneration Committee, effective from 12 June 2024, with Ms. Wang Yajuan joining as a member and Mr. Li Qilin stepping down yet remaining an executive director. The committee will continue under the leadership of Ms. Wang Ya Fei, ensuring a majority of independent non-executive directors in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
