Li-Metal Corp. is initiating a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2 million to fund its lithium metal and anode technology development. The offering includes 20 million units at $0.10 each, with the potential for shareholders to purchase additional shares via warrants. Concurrently, Li-Metal is in advanced talks to sell its lithium production business to focus more on its anode division, although no final terms have been agreed upon.
