Li-FT Power Ltd. has successfully completed a significant capital raise through a public offering and a private placement totaling $10.1 million, with proceeds aimed at funding exploration expenses for its Yellowknife Lithium Project in Canada. The public offering, led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., resulted in the sale of common shares at a premium, while the private placement sold shares at a lower price without finder’s fees, with both offerings consisting of ‘flow-through’ shares to support mining expenditures. The funds are intended to advance the company’s exploration activities, with all expenditures to be renounced to subscribers by the end of 2024.
