Li Auto (LI) has released an update.
Li Auto Inc. has reported no changes in its issued share capital or movements in its ordinary shares for May 2024, maintaining the balance at 4,500,000,000 authorized shares and 1,766,208,188 issued shares. The company’s share option schemes saw a small number of options exercised and lapsed, resulting in a slight decrease in outstanding share options. Additionally, convertible senior notes remained unchanged, while a nominal amount was raised through the exercise of share options.
