Li Auto (LI) has released an update.
Li Auto Inc. reported no changes in their authorised or issued share capital for the month ending June 30, 2024, maintaining a total of 4.5 billion Class A shares and 500 million Class B shares. The company also disclosed the exercise and settlement of share options and restricted share units under their 2019 and 2020 incentive plans, which did not affect the treasury shares. All transactions complied with regulatory requirements and received all necessary approvals, with no new funds raised from these movements.
