Li Auto Inc. has awarded 2,595,050 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to 195 employees under the company’s 2019 Plan, equating to approximately 0.12% of the company’s total shares. These RSUs, set at a purchase price of US$0.1 per unit, will vest over a period ranging from 0 to 60 months, contingent upon meeting specific performance targets. The grant, which took place on June 15, 2024, does not require shareholder approval and is not extended to directors or substantial shareholders.
