Lexston Life Sciences Corp. (TSE:LEXT) has released an update.

Lexston Life Sciences Corp. has successfully issued 250,000 common shares in line with their Dory Property Option Agreement, reaching a significant milestone by earning a 51% interest in the Dory Property. The shares are currently in a statutory hold period, set to expire on August 17, 2024, with the company’s total issued and outstanding shares now at 33,509,167.
