Lexaria Bioscience has announced a $5 million registered direct offering, pricing its shares at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The company will also issue unregistered warrants for additional shares, with proceeds intended for working capital and corporate purposes. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for this offering.
