Levi Strauss Executive VP Tracy Layney to Step Down

Levi Strauss & Co. has announced that Tracy Layney will step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in October 2024. She will begin garden leave, receiving her usual pay and continuing equity awards vesting until February 2025 while being available for company consultation. Layney’s departure benefits are contingent on her agreement to a general release and are in accordance with the company’s Senior Executive Severance Plan.
