Levi Strauss & Co. has appointed Gianluca Flore as their new Executive Vice President – Chief Commercial Officer, set to start on July 29, 2024. Flore brings significant luxury brand experience from his time at Burberry Group and Kering Group, including a stint as CEO of Brioni. He holds business and finance qualifications from top European institutions and is set up for a lucrative compensation package at Levi’s, including a $1 million base salary, potential bonuses, and equity grants worth over $2 million, along with a hefty sign-on bonus and additional benefits.
