LevelJump Healthcare Corp. has announced a delay in submitting its annual financial documents due to a recent auditor change and significant audit work from its Alberta acquisitions. The company is coordinating with its new auditor, Kreston GTA LLP, to finalize the filings, which are expected no later than June 28, 2024. Meanwhile, LevelJump has applied for a management cease trade order and will provide bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines.
