LET Group Holdings Limited, led by Executive Director and Chairman Mr. Lo Kai Bong, has announced its current board structure and committee roles. Notably, Mr. Lo Kai Bong is also the sole member of the company’s risk management committee, while other committees, such as audit and remuneration, currently lack members.
