LET Group Holdings Limited successfully conducted its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 14, 2024, with all proposed ordinary resolutions, primarily concerning the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, passed almost unanimously. The trading of the company’s shares will remain suspended, following the overwhelming support from independent shareholders by way of poll.
