Lepidico Ltd successfully completed its renounceable rights issue, raising $2.85 million to fund strategic partnerships, due diligence for Phase 1 Project financing, and to explore new business development opportunities. Company directors and management demonstrated their confidence in Lepidico’s future by participating in the entitlement and shortfall. The newly raised capital, combined with existing reserves, sets Lepidico on track for its first commercial lithium production in 2026.
