Lepidico Limited (AU:LPD) has released an update.
Lepidico Ltd has announced a new securities issuance, with plans to offer up to 954,788,494 options and 1,909,576,987 ordinary fully paid shares. The offer, which is to be available on a pro-rata basis and includes both renounceable and non-renounceable options, is set to open on 9th April 2024, with an offer closing date of 30th April and an issue date of 7th May 2024.
