Leonoil Extends Takeover Bid for Sierra Rutile

Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited (AU:SRX) has released an update.

Leonoil Company Limited has announced an extension of its takeover bid offer period for Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited, allowing additional time for the offer to be accepted until 5:00 pm AWST on 2 October 2024. This off-market bid involves acquiring all the outstanding ordinary shares of Sierra Rutile that Leonoil does not already possess. The official notice, as required by the Corporations Act, marks a continuation of Leonoil’s efforts to consolidate ownership of Sierra Rutile.
