Lenovo Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Lenovo Group (HK:0992) has released an update.

At the recent annual general meeting, Lenovo Group Limited’s shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the audited financial statements, the election of directors, and the issuance of a final dividend of HK30.0 cents per share for 2024. The shareholders’ support was overwhelming for most resolutions, with a notable majority granting mandates to the directors for dealing with additional shares and buying back company shares. Notably, all directors attended the meeting, with a few exceptions due to other commitments.
