Lennox International Inc. has welcomed Sivasankaran Somasundaram, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the oil and energy sector, as a new Class III director on their Board, with his term concluding at the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting. Currently leading ChampionX Corporation as its CEO, Somasundaram brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles at Dover Corporation and other industry giants. His appointment is complemented by his roles on the Board Governance and Compensation and Human Resources Committees, and his compensation aligns with the existing program for non-employee directors. The Board regards him as an independent member, and he has entered into the standard indemnification agreement with the company.
