Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has issued over 13.8 million new units to cover management and property fees, with more than 8.7 million as REIT Management Fee Units and over 5.1 million as Property Management Fee Units, based on the average unit price on the Singapore Exchange. The move sees fees settled via unit issuance rather than cash, reflecting a strategic financial management approach by the REIT.
