LeMaitre Vascular, Inc. has announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer, Joseph P. Pellegrino, Jr., effective March 7, 2025, following his significant 19-year tenure. Although stepping down from his executive role, Pellegrino will continue to contribute to the company’s leadership as a member of the Board of Directors until June 2027. The company is actively seeking a new CFO, with Pellegrino playing a key role in the transition. Meanwhile, the company maintains its financial outlook as previously stated on August 1, 2024.
