Lemaitre Vascular (LMAT) has issued an update.
At the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting, stockholders cast their votes on key proposals including the election of directors, executive compensation, a stock option plan, and the appointment of an accounting firm. Three Class III directors were elected, though one faced a challenge and tendered his resignation, which the board later rejected. Advisory approval was given to the executive compensation and the amended stock option plan. Additionally, Grant Thornton LLP was ratified as the independent accounting firm for the year, with the majority of stockholders supporting all measures presented.
