Leggett & Platt Updates Executive Compensation Program

Leggett & Platt ( (LEG) ) has provided an announcement.

The company has updated its Deferred Compensation Program to remove Stock Options as an investment choice starting in 2025. Executives previously had multiple deferral options, including discounted Stock Units and at-market Stock Options. The latter, if previously elected, remain valid and can be exercised under certain conditions. While Stock Units and Cash Deferrals continue as options, the company reserves the right to settle in cash if shares are unavailable.
