Legend Strategy Proposes Capital Increase and Rights Issue

Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (HK:1355) has released an update.

Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. plans to increase its authorized share capital from HK$7.8 million to HK$20 million and launch a rights issue to raise up to approximately HK$47.3 million. The company aims to use the net proceeds to expand its healthcare and beauty business and improve general working capital. Additionally, the board proposes changing the board lot size for trading shares from 2,000 to 20,000 shares.
