Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has entered into a Placing Agreement with VC Brokerage Limited to issue up to 89,670,000 new shares at a discounted price of HK$0.169 per share, aiming to raise a maximum of HK$15 million. The proceeds are intended for renovation of accommodation facilities and general working capital. The agreement does not require shareholder approval but is subject to certain conditions, and investors are cautioned as completion is not guaranteed.
