Legal & General (GB:LGEN) has released an update.
Legal & General Group Plc has announced the buyback of 500,000 of its ordinary shares on July 5, 2024, as part of an ongoing share repurchase program initiated on June 12, 2024. These shares, purchased through various trading platforms at prices ranging from 231.60 to 234.50 pence per share, will be cancelled following settlement. This move will leave the total number of voting rights in the company at 5,965,832,494 ordinary shares, with none held in treasury.
